Operator
MonLe SaaS is operated by Monika MonLe s.r.o., ID No. 24926299, Otakara Ševčíka 14, 636 00 Brno, Czech Republic. Contact: monle@monle.eu.
Service model
Monle provides a software-as-a-service platform for social-commerce selling, checkout workflows, order administration, payment-status recording, fulfillment tooling, documents and integrations. Monle is not the seller of goods, is not a party to the purchase contract and does not provide payment services.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for accurate legal identity, billing, tax, product, shipping, customer support and provider configuration data. Sellers must comply with applicable consumer, tax, accounting, sales-channel, payment-provider, delivery, privacy and platform rules.
Customer sales
The purchase contract for goods is concluded directly between the seller and the buyer. Monle is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for product delivery, quality, returns or complaints, except for the operation of the platform features it provides to the seller.
Connected providers
Monle may connect to Google OAuth, Stripe, PayU, GoPay, bank transfer or QR payment flows, delivery providers, accounting systems and social platform APIs. Provider availability depends on provider accounts, approvals, KYC status, API limits, webhooks and the seller's configuration.
Platform fees and billing
Platform fees are governed by the commercial agreement, seller settings and provider records. Depending on the payment method, the platform fee may be collected automatically through a supported payment provider or billed to the seller as a separate receivable. Customer payment flows and platform fee billing are separate accounting flows.
Acceptable use
You must not use Monle for unlawful goods or services, abuse, spam, deceptive activity, unauthorized access, circumvention of provider rules, security testing without permission, or actions that disrupt the service or other users.
Availability and changes
Monle may change features, integrations and operational requirements to improve the service, meet provider requirements or comply with law. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, infrastructure incidents or security events.
Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for breach of these terms, legal requirements, provider restrictions, unpaid fees, security risk or misuse. Data export and retention are handled according to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
