Google OAuth data
When you sign in with Google, Monle receives only the basic profile data needed for authentication: your email address, name, Google account identifier and profile image if Google provides one. Monle does not request access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Contacts or other Google content.
Seller, order and platform data
Monle may process seller profile data, shop identity, billing contact data, provider connection state, onboarding status, payment-account references, support notes and operational audit records. Customer order, payment-status, delivery and document data is processed only as needed to operate the commerce workflow and integrations selected by the seller.
Processors and integrations
Monle may use infrastructure providers, email providers, Google OAuth, Stripe, PayU, GoPay or another active payment provider, delivery providers, accounting systems and social platform APIs. Provider access is limited to the function configured by the seller or platform administrator.
Payment data
Payment-card data is processed only by the relevant payment provider. Monle does not store card numbers, CVV codes or full card credentials.
Retention and rights
Account, security, billing and legal records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and prevent abuse. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection where applicable under GDPR.
Sharing
Monle does not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors and connected providers required to deliver the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete seller-authorized integrations.
Security
Monle uses HTTPS, server-side sessions, role checks, provider secret separation, audit records and least-privilege integration design. Security issues are handled as operational priority incidents.
