MONLE Service Pricing

Effective from: 3 October 2025

Transparent model: MONLE charges a platform fee from realized turnover. The fee covers access to the MONLE platform and standard operation of supported payment integrations according to the active payment method.

Platform fee from turnover

The platform fee is degressive: the higher your total monthly turnover including VAT, the lower the percentage rate.

What is included

Use of MONLE platform features.
Order automation and payment-status recording.
Product and stock administration.
Invoice generation and customer notifications.
Platform fee reporting and billing evidence.
Customer support and platform updates.

Fee collection

The platform fee is separate from the customer payment for goods. Depending on the payment method, it may be collected automatically through a supported payment provider or billed to the seller as a separate MONLE receivable.

Illustrative calculation

For an order worth CZK 1,000 in the CZK 25,001 – 75,000 monthly turnover band, the 12.5% platform fee is CZK 125.

Actual cash flow depends on the payment method. Some methods collect the platform fee automatically; others are billed separately.
