The seller is the controller of buyer and order personal data. MONLE acts as processor where it processes personal data on behalf of the seller to operate the SaaS platform, checkout workflow, order administration, fulfillment integrations and related notifications.
Processing covers operation of MONLE platform features, authentication, order and payment-status administration, delivery integrations, invoice/document generation, customer communications configured by the seller, technical support, security and audit records.
